By using Web Presenter(“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Operator

The Service is operated by Mawal AB, a company registered in Sweden (Org.nr 559279-0462, VAT SE559279046201), with its registered address at Hallandsgatan 38, 118 57 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: mawal.webpresenter@gmail.com.

Merchant of Record

All paid purchases of Web Presenterare processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your order. Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, issuing the invoice, collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes or VAT, and handling refunds and chargebacks. Paddle's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms. See paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

What the Service Does

Web Presenter lets you use your mobile phone as a pointing device during web presentations. It consists of a mobile web app and a browser extension that communicate over a peer-to-peer connection.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for its intended purpose
  • Not attempt to disrupt or overload the signaling server
  • Not reverse-engineer or misuse the Service in ways that harm other users

No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Real-time pointer tracking depends on your network conditions, device capabilities, and browser support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mawal AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, presentation disruptions, data loss, or device issues.

Intellectual Property

Web Presenter and its source code are proprietary. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its source code without explicit written permission.

Account and Authentication

The free tier of the Service does not require an account. Pro purchases are associated with your signed-in account to unlock paid features on the devices where you sign in.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
