Web Presenter is a digital product sold by Mawal AB through Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. This policy explains your right to a refund on paid purchases.

14-day right to refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to the one-time payment for Web Presenter Pro.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us by email at mawal.webpresenter@gmail.com. Include the email address used at checkout and your Paddle order reference if available. You may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support/buyers. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Refund outcome

Refunded purchases revert your account to the free plan. Pro features will no longer be available.
